Any nut that goats are willing to climb trees to get must be high in nutrient. That is exactly what the Argan nut is. The world is just now figuring out what the residents of Morocco have known for centuries. Inside this fruit is a nut that could easily be called a super food. This is no longer a secret reserved for residents of Morocco. People around the world are now realizing the Argan Oil Skincare Benefits.
High Vitamin Content
This oil is highly effective for treating many skin conditions such as skin infections, rashes, and even bug bites. These great benefits are because of the high vitamin content found in this nut. The oil that is produced is very high in both Vitamins A and E. In addition, it also is high in Omega-6 fatty acids, linoleic acid, and even anti-oxidants.
The Vitamin E is the key to providing the skin benefits. Vitamin E contains tocopherol. When you apply this to your skin then it goes to work to increase cell production. It also promotes healthy skin. These benefits are the reason that companies are including it in higher end cosmetics. It has become a staple in both skin care and anti-aging products.
Fortunately, for most of us, you can get these benefits without shelling out the money for higher end products. You also can purchase Argan Oil by itself. This makes it easier to add it to your daily routine. It is true that Argan Oil can be expensive. But, the upside is that it doesn’t take much to see these wonderful benefits. You only need a couple drops to provide skin nourishment throughout the day.
Great Nighttime Moisturizer
Argan Oil works great to moisturize your skin while you sleep. This is because of its ability to absorb very quickly into the skin. It also does not leave any oily residue. All you need to do is before bed is start with an all-natural cleaner to clean your skin. Put a drop of this oil into the palm of your hand and apply to your face in a circular motion. This is especially useful during the winter or if you live in an area with a dryer climate.
Argan Oil Skincare Benefits: Homemade Exfoliator
This oil also makes a wonderful exfoliator. When you make it at home then you receive a sizeable monetary savings. There are a multitude of homemade exfoliator recipes available. To supercharge them, all you need to do is add a few drops of this wonderful oil. You also can mix a couple drops with 1 tablespoon of sugar (brown) and use a circular motion to apply it to your face.
The climate can wreak havoc on our skin. During the summer months, we are sweating bombarding our skin with toxins and salt. In the winter, we spend more times in our homes with artificial heating. This is a very dry type of heat. This dries out your skin. Argan Oil is a great answer to this phenomenon. The high Vitamin E – and other nutrients – content produces a wide range of Argan Oil Skincare Benefits.
Hello,
May I ask how you deodorise the oil? Which process? Is it heated? Do you use carbon filters? And which group of cooperative do you work with?
Thank you
Christine
Hi Christine.
We use carbon filters to deodorize Argan Oil.
We work with many coops here and we produce our own quality Argan Oil in our new location using cracking & filtering machines.
Have a nice day!
Oh, I love the idea of the argan oil and brown sugar scrub. My face gets dry and flaky no matter what season it is. I’ve been using the oil itself for quite a while, but haven’t tried the scrub. Guess who’s going to spoil herself tonight. 🙂
